The buyer is particularly interested in asset-light businesses with diversified clients, recurring activity, solid management practices and limited concentration risk. Companies with customs clearance services, port-related know-how and established relationships with carriers, agents and industrial clients are especially relevant.

  • Freight forwarder based in the Spanish Mediterranean area.
